Development, qualification and integration of product design solutions for OEM customers working with internal teams to optimize product performance in a timely manner to meet technical and business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES :

The main scope of the job is to plan, prepare and deliver coherent English language lessons based on the curriculum/participants needs for company employees to facilitate their language development. Editing and proofreading of company documents, as well as project implementation, will be required.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Prepare relevant and engaging teaching material and be an instructor of English language programs.
  • Present lessons in a comprehensive manner by using visual/audio means to facilitate the learning.
  • Provide language learning support and guidance to all training participants.
  • Assess and record participants’ progress and provide feedback.
  • Provide support and input for proofreading and editing of company documents and other tasks as required by Human Resources Management.
  • Manage assigned projects to be completed on time
QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Education Required :
    • Bachelor’s Degree in English Language / ELT or related fields. Master’s Degree is an advantage.
    • Teaching certificate; TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, DELTA etc.
  • Skill Required :
    • Ability to facilitate learning and development.
    • Able to design English training programs and learning activities for classroom use and online learning.
    • Able to create a conducive learning environment where everyone can express ideas, opinions, and feelings to achieve effective learning results.
    • To be passionate about teaching with the ability to reach out to participants and create a relationship of mutual trust.
    • Capable at managing and leading projects.
    • Good communication skills to convey information effectively.
    • To be a team player.
  • Experience :
    • At least 8 years of progressively responsible English teaching or related types of work.
    • Teaching English in a Thai manufacturing company will be an advantage.
    • Strong background in Proficiency testing and other forms of language testing.
JOB SUMMARY :
To be responsible for recruitment & selection candidate, preparing employee’s performance review and doing administrative work related to recruitment.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Project Support: Assist with the planning, implementation, and monitoring of HR projects.
  • Handle for recruitment & selection candidate for all level.
  • To manage job posting & Candidate screening.
  • To select and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers, hiring and onboarding employees.
  • To select the pool through various activities such as job fairs, employee referral, internal job opportunity, internship, job websites, headhunter, coordinating with educational institutions etc.
  • Prepare employment contracts, employment agreements and related documents.
  • Create employee history files, employee records in HRMS System and related documents.
  • Revise and maintain job description.
  • Prepare a probation review for a newly hired employee.
  • Prepare daily and weekly job vacant reports.
  • Coordinate with Subcontractor Company to provide operational level employees.
  • Follow up on work and inspect Subcontractor Company to ensure compliance with labor standards and RBA.
  • Prepare a plan for auditing various systems.
  • Create and provide recruitment status and analysis report and ensure the recruitment is on track.
  • Contact and coordinate with government agencies regarding employment of disabled persons, comply with the law according to Section 35.
  • Do other duties as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Education Required :
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.
    • Knowledge of Labor law is advantage, Good service mind and interview skills.
  • Skill Required :
    • Be able to communicate in English both writing and speaking.
  • Experience :
    • 5-7 years’ experience in related fields.
